By using this payment portal or any services offered on this website, the user agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below 1. Data/receipts pertaining to user transactions are exchanged between the school, data management software (OSDM) and the merchant bank/payment portal. 2. The school will take necessary steps to ensure a smooth user experience. However the school will not be responsible for any error in payment/ failure in transaction. Any disputes on Payment details/errors will be settled by the online payment system and the School’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only. 3. I/We will not hold the School responsible if the Online Payment System rejects the fee payment amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries. 4. I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transaction with the School shall be conclusive proof and binding for all the purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding. 5. Immanuel International Academy, Siliguri does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students will have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks.

Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim with the Accounts section.
